  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside, my Lord, in my own Vicarage House, and have neither Curate or Lecturer.

  2. Other benefices: I have another perpetual Curacy with two Churches, viz. Week St. Jarmans in the Deanery of Okehampton, and Broad=wood wedger in the Deanry of Tavistock.

  3. Divine service at other churches: I perform divine Service at Belston about 2 miles from me, once every Sunday either Forenoon or Afternoon.

  4. Frequency of divine service: I perform divine Service twice every Lords Day with a Sermon in the forenoon in my own Church.

  5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament is administred 7 or 8 times in the year and have about 40 or 50 Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: I catechise the Children every Lent season.

  7. Church fabric: The Church and Chancel are in good repair & Church yard well kept and every thing decent for divine Service.

  8. Glebe terrier: We have a Terrier of the Glebe and properly signd.

  9. Number of families: There may be about 6 or 700 Families in the Parish.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: We have no reputed Papists, no meeting Houses or Dissenting Congregations in the Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have no publick School, one alms House for poor People in good repair, no Parochial Library.

  13. Charity: We have Lands about 12 or 13 pound per annum left to the Poor, and duly applyd.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Priests Orders is dated on Sunday the 21st Day of September 1735
    My Institution to South Tawton is dated the 22d Day of March 1754.
